SANA'A, Feb. 09 (Saba)- A joint press conference held on Tuesday by director general of the Yemeni Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control Organization (YSMO) Ahmed al-Basha and the general secretary of the Gulf Standardization Organization (GSO) Anwar Al-Abdullah.

The conference reviewed Yemen's accession into the GSO since the beginning of the current year as well as future cooperation horizons and Yemen benefit of its accession.

The two heads of the organizations came across the exerted efforts within customer's protection and the followed mechanisms to control quality of products, in addition to plans aiming at increasing the issuance of unified metrological standards.
