CARE's support to significant sectors in Abyan discussed

ABYAN, Feb.09 (Saba) - Governor of Abyan Ahmed al-Maisari discussed here on Tuesday with Care International's emergency advisor aspects of support presented by the organization to a number of important sectors in the province.

The organization's support comes within the projects being implanted by the organization with the beneficiary parties in the province in the agriculture, education and literacy sectors as well as the women organizations.

The governor hailed the Care organization's big support to the projects relating to development and improvement of the different basic sectors and encouragement of many women societies to promote their skills and capacities through the handcrafts and animals breeding.

For his part, the Care's emergency advisor affirmed that the organization would offer all kinds of support to the projects relating to the society development and to the affected people in al-Majalah area, in al-Mahafad district, Abyan province.
