SANA'A, Feb. 08 (Saba)- The Shawthab Foundation for Childhood and Development (SFCD) is continuing its efforts to implement a program aiming at protecting over 6000 children at al-Mazrak Camp in Harad district in Hajjah .

The two-month program included training courses targeted about 50 children and nine training courses on life skills with the participation of 2500 children.

The program also aimed at raising awareness among the children by distributing more than 3500 stories for the children in the camp .

The foundation, in cooperation with the UNICEF, provided last December clothes, medicines and antibiotics for children in al-Mazrak Camp.

The Shawthab Foundation for Childhood and Development is a non-governmental organization which works on issues related to social, health, educational, and legal protection of children.
