SANA'A, Feb. 08 (Saba) - The Specialized Penal Court of first Instance has held its first hearing to prosecute the accused Mohammed al-Maqaleh who is accused of involvement in an armed gang with Houthi rebels, distributing false information, preading lies and instigating rebels to continue fighting the troops as well as writing on behalf of rebels.
The court decided to present the case file to the Specialized Appeal Penal Court in Sana'a capital to try the accused and adjourned the hearing till next Sunday after the accused refused to state his personal information as saying he had a pervious
dispute with the judge Mohsen Alwan .
