Omaier briefed on American arts on mud buildings

SAYAOUN, Jan. 03 (Saba)- Deputy governor of Hadhramout for Valley and Desert Affairs Omaier Mubarak Omaier was briefed on Sunday by the American expert on mud buildings Pamela Jerome on the study of mud buildings art in Tarim, Shebam, and Dawan Valley.

The American expert outlined the activities which are intended to be implemented in this filed, topped by supporting Yemeni efforts to join Tarim City to the international heritage.

She made reference that the efforts will be continued to join other archaeological sites to the international heritage, mentioning the results which have been reached during her trip to the old cities in Hadhramout Valley.

For his part, Omaier appreciated the expert's efforts and interests on the historical cities of Hadhramout, affirming the local authority support for these efforts.
