YSMO returns 251 tons of imported goods

SANA'A, Nov .24 (Saba)- Yemen Standardization Metrology and Quality Control Organization (YSMO) has returned more than 251 tons of various imported goods for they do not comply with international standards, according to the director of YSMO Abrahim al-Hashaf, 26sep.net has reported.

Al-Hashaf said that the inspection process took place from 17 -21 current November over 631 shipments coming from different foreign markets
to Yemeni markets.

He noted that YSMO refused entering 14 shipments of imported goods from neighboring markets as they do not carry proper standards.
