SANA'A, Nov. 21 (Saba) - 24 suicide incidents took place in a number of governorates in Yemen killing 23 people, aged between 16 -45, most of them were young, last October.

The Information Center of the Interior Ministry clarified that the suicides used are weapons, poisons and ropes to make an end to their lives.

The reasons behind these incidents are mostly domestic and social problems and psychological disturbance.

According to the center, the same period witnessed 20 attempts of committing suicide, aged between 20 – 35, most of them are young ladies suffering from domestic troubles. They used poisons, drugs, knives and razors.
