Somali pirates seize Panamanian cargo ship

SANA'A, Nov. 21 (Saba) - Somali pirates have seized the Panamanian cargo ship "Red Sda Sbirt" in the Gulf of Aden, Interior Ministry has reported.

The ship sailed from Aden port on Thursday was attacked by the Somali pirates about 36 nautical miles off the Belhaf port of Shabwa province.

In related news, Somali pirates seized few days ago a commercial Singaporean vessel called "Theresa vlll" 180 nautical miles off north-west Seychelles.

The vessel's crew was 28 members, all of them are North Koreans.

The number of the ships seized by the Somali pirates increased to 12 ones most of them have been attacked from the Eastern Somali coasts.
