YJS organizes preparatory meeting for press freedom advocacy network

SANA'S, Nov. 03 (Saba)- Yemen Journalists Syndicate (YJS) in cooperation with the International Federation of Journalists (IFJ) is going to hold a preparatory meeting for the press freedom advocacy network which is being achieved by the Networking and Communication Campaign next Thursday.

The idea of the campaign is based on creating a network between the syndicate, the Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and governmental bodies which are concerned with the campaign's goals and programs, in addition to the international organizations interested in human rights and freedom issues.

The campaign aims at finding expanded opportunities for the partnership and advocacy for the press freedoms.
