UAE to set up camp for housing displaced people in Yemen
[03/November/2009]

HODEIDAH, Nov. 03 (Saba) - The UAE Red Crescent Authority (RCA) said Tuesday that it would establish a camp with all health, educational and other services for a thousand of the displaced people.

Upon the arrival of two UAE relief airplanes to Hodeidah airport, the RCA delegation head Saif al-Ka'abi made clear that the RCA loaded 70 tons of relief aid as the first shipment to the displaced people camps.

The RCA also would implement humanitarian programs for the affected people from al-Houthi's sabotage actions under the supervision of a team from RAC in cooperation with UAE embassy in Sana'a beside others.

Al-Ka'abi also noted that the relief aid aims to alleviate Sa'ada displaced people suffering as well as to improve their humanitarian conditions.
