Shura Chairman welcomes new Mauritanian diplomat

SANA'A, No. 03 (Saba) - Chairman of Shura Council Abdul-Aziz Abdul-Ghani received here on Tuesday the newly appointed Mauritanian ambassador to Yemen Mohammed Ould Aldah.

The Mauritanian ambassador thanked the Shura chairman on the warm welcome, expressing his adherence to support the mutual cooperation between the two countries to achieve the common interests.

Ould Aldah has renewed, on behalf of the President of Mauritania Senates, the invitation to the Abdul-Ghani to visit Mauritania.

During the meeting, Abdul-Ghani was briefed on the latest democratic developments in Mauritania.

Abdul-Ghani expressed confidence that the future would witness more progress in bilateral relations.
