Saleh invites Gül to visit Yemen

ANKARA, Oct. 21 (Saba) - Turkish President Abdullah Gül received on Wednesday an invitation from President Ali Abdullah Saleh to visit Yemen.

The invitation was handed over by Yemeni ambassador to Turkey Noriah al-Hamami to President Gül in the Republican Palace.

The Turkish President affirmed his country's attitude supporting Yemen's unity, security and stability, noting that Yemen stability is very important to the region.

Issues concerning the bilateral relations between Yemen and Turkey were also discussed during the meeting.
