Four republican decrees issued

SANA'A, Oct. 18 (Saba) - Four republican decrees for 2009 were issued on Sunday.

Decree No. (249) approved the establishment of al-Thawrah hospital in Hodeidah province.

The decree consists of 26 articles in five chapters, including the authority's name, aims, tasks and others.

Decree No. (250) ratified a cooperation agreement in health field between Yemen and Turkey.

Decree No. (251) appointed Mohammed Ali al-Jamal as an assistant Undersecretary to Mahweet governorate.

Decree No. (252) assign several officers in the National Institute of Administrative Sciences (NIAS) as follows:

Dr. Ahmed Mohammed al-Sha'abi as a vice-dean for the Administration and Resource Development Affairs;

Dr. Qaid Mohammed Aqlan as a vice-dean for Programs and Training Development;

Ibrahim Yahya al-Kibsi, Anwar Kamel Yaqoob and Mohammed Abdullah al-Qobati as advisors of the NIAS dean.
