Yemen, Libya to strike deal

SANA'A, June 20 (Saba) - Secretary of the General People's Committee for Endowment Affairs in the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya Ebrahim Khalaf Allah and an accompanying delegation arrived here on Saturday on a several-day visit.

Khalaf Allah said the delegation will hold talks with Yemeni officials at the Ministry of Endowments and Guidance.

The two countries will sign a deal that would focus on cooperation in areas such as intellectual and juristic affairs and exchange of scholars and publications as well as holding joint scientific symposiums.

The delegation will also familiarize itself with religious institutions in Yemen with the intention to learn from their experiences.
