SANA'A, April 06 (Saba)-A law No.15/2009 was issued on Monday over microfinance banks, which  includes 23 articles divided into six chapters to  organize activities of these financial corporations. 

The law No. 16/2009 was issued to amend a law No.21/1996 that organizes activities of Islamic Banks in the country.

The last articles of both laws stated that the two laws should be enforced since date of the issuance and published in the official gazette.
