Academics affirm Yemeni-Sudanese distinctive relations

SANAA, Jan. 07 (Saba) - Academics and intellectuals affirmed on Wednesday that Yemen and Sudan share distinctive relations characterized by deep ties history.

During a symposium of humanitarian and cultural dimensions of the Yemeni-Sudanese relations which was conducted by the Sudanese embassy on Sudan's 50th Independence Anniversary celebrations, the participants praised the Sudanese contribution to promote the educational process in Yemen and their role in the graduation of an outstanding Yemeni cadre in the various disciplines.

On the other hand, the Sundanese embassy will organize next Thursday a political seminar on the problem of Darfur and conspiracies against Sudan.
