SAYON, Dec. 18 (Saba) - A Russian plane has arrived to Sayon International Airport of Hadramout governorate carrying relief aid to the heavy flood-affected victims in Wadi of Hadramout.

The relief aid consists foodstuffs, sheltering stuffs and an electricity generator.

Deputy Governor of Hadramout governorate Ahmed al-Junaid expressed during receiving the Russian delegation accompanying the plane the appreciation of the local authority and the governorate's people to the friendly assistance of Russia.

The Yemeni official also indicated the deeply-rooted historical relations between the two countries under the leaderships of both countries.

The head of the delegation conveyed the Russian leadership and people's sympathy for the victims' families.
