Indian navy hands over 24 wanted persons on piracy's acts to Yemen

  ADEN, Dec. 17 (Saba) - Yemen's Coastguard received 24 wanted persons, including 12 Yemenis and the rest are Somalis who were detained by the Indian navy in the international waters of Arabian Sea.

The handover took place in the Aden port.

On Tuesday, Yemen asked India officially to have over these men to investigate with them in order to send who involves in piracy's acts to justice.

The Ministry of Interior announced last Wednesday that fifteen Yemeni fishermen were on board of two fishing boats in Aden Gulf were kidnapped by Somali pirates.
