Yemen, UK discuss cooperation

LONDON, Nov. 20 (Saba) - Yemeni ambassador to London Mohammed Taha Mustafa held a meeting on Thursday with UK State Minister for International Development. 

The meeting focused on bilateral relations between the two countries and programs carried out by the ministry in Yemen. 

Mustafa briefed the British minister on relief efforts in regions which have been hit by flood.
The British minister said that the UK is waiting for the assessment, which was being done by United Nations in order to coordinate with the government bodies over assistance program for affected regions.
