Meeting of Yemeni-Saudi follow up committee started in Sana'a

SANA'A, Nov. 15 (Saba)- Yemeni-Saudi follow up committee started its meetings in Sana'a on Saturday co-chaired by deputy prime minister for economic affairs and Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Abdul-Karim al-Arhabi and Saudi Minister of Trade and Industry Abdullah Redha.

The committee discussed issues associated with means of enhancing trade exchange between the two countries and benefiting from $ 1 billion Saudi grant, which has been announced in London Donors Conference.

Al-Arhabi affirmed importance of holding 19th round of the Yemeni-Saudi coordination council co-chaired by the prime minister Ali Mujawar and Saudi crown prince Sultan bin Abdul-Aziz, which would be held by the end of this year.

He pointed out to the achievement taken place in field of the mutual relations between Yemen and Saudi Arabia, highlighting initiative of the king of Saudi Arabia to help in relief efforts in Yemen due to flood disaster.

For his part, the Saudi trade minister praised deep routed brotherly relationship between Yemeni and Saudi peoples.

He indicated to the importance of boosting trade ties to serve common interests of both countries.
