Democracy School to launch workshops on youth civil rights

SANA'A, Nov. 09 (Saba)- Democracy School will launch on Tuesday two workshops on raising awareness among youth on civil rights and politics in collaboration with International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) and the United Nations Democracy Fund (UNDEF).

The workshops target 200 youth trainees in each of Dhala'a, Ibb, Dhamar, Hadramout and Capital Secretariat and will last for three days.

The two workshops will provide the participants with a basic overview of civil rights and responsibilities, principle of the community participation and ways of dealing with local authorities leaders.
