Yemeni-Turkish relationship in public works, roads areas discussed

SANA'A, Oct.12 (Saba)- Minister of Public Works and Roads Umar al-Kurshomi discussed here on Sunday with Turkish Deputy Premier Nazim Akren, who is visiting Yemen currently, aspects of developing the public works and roads cooperation between the two countries.

The talks dealt with activating partnership between the two countries, promotion investments in roads and housing projects, construction and benefiting from Turkish expertise in this area.

Turkish Deputy Premier praised the historical relation between the two countries, affirming his country's keenness to develop this relationship in various fields.

He pointed out to the importance of public works, road and housing projects in Yemen.

For his part, Public Works and Roads Minister welcomed Turkish investment in the implementation of the construction of bridges, roads and housing, affirming to provide all the facilities required for investment projects in this area.
