SANA'A, Oct. 11 (Saba)- Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Saleh Ba-Surrah returned to Sana'a on Saturday, along with the accompanying delegation, after taking part in the 4th conference of Higher Education Ministers of Islamic Countries which was held recently in the Azerbaijani capital, Baku.

In a statement to Saba, Ba-Surrah made clear that Yemen affirmed during the conference the importance of the project of the organization in developing the scientific activities through improving systems and technology of higher education.

He noted that the conference discussed a number of work papers presented such as the special report on Islamic universities and their role in directing youth to participate in the change and report of the financial and administrative General Secretary as well as preparation for the 2nd meeting which will be held after 2 years.
