ADEN, Oct. 11 (Saba)- Aden Governor Adnan al-Jefri extended an invitation to Mayor of French city Marcilia to visit Aden governorate for discussing cooperation between the two cities.

During his meeting with French embassy's consultant in Sana'a and leader of French Freegate Warship Pierrot, al- Jerfi discussed with French officials cooperation relations between Yemen and France and means of enhancing them in field of training and qualifying Yemeni cost forces (Aden Gulf sector).

He welcomed the crew of the French ship who visit Yemen in the framework of military cooperation between the two friendly countries, calling for more support to Yemeni cost guard forces to be able to protect Yemeni waters and ports against terrorist or piracy acts.

For his part, the consultant of the embassy called on the governor to visit Marcilia for discussing cooperation between the two cities in the framework of exiting relations between French and Yemeni cities, indicating his country's keenness on developing cooperation with Yemen in all fields, namely in training and qualifying Yemeni cost forces.
