ADEN, Oct. 07 (Saba) - Yemeni Coastguard and some French military ships located in the territorial waters held on Tuesday joint military exercises.

An official source at Aden Gulf coastguard sector told Saba that the fifteen-day exercises would include testing readiness of the marine force, intercept ships, combating marine piracy and to ensure the maritime international corridors safety.

It is worth mentioning that the participation of Yemeni coastguard in these exercises comes within the military cooperation between the two countries and their effort to combat terrorism and piracy.
