ADEN, Oct. 05 (Saba)- The government has allocated YR 60 billion as estimated budget to host 20th Gulf football competition.

The competition would be held by 2011.

The subcommittee for preparing for this main sport event discussed in its meeting on Sunday in Aden the estimated budget.

In the meeting, the Aden governor Adnan al-Jafri pointed out to the plan of using of the sum in rehabilitating current stadiums and building new as well as setting up development projects to improve infrastructure in Aden in addition to Lahj and Abyan where the event will be taken place.

He called on all to gather efforts to bring this event into success.
