SANA'A, Sep. 07 (Saba) - Law No. 46 for 2008 concerning consumer protection issued on Sunday.

The law aims to define general rules to protect consumers from cheating deceiving advertisements, assure their health and guarantee the transparency of economic treatments that the consumer is a part of.

Furthermore, the law aims to maintain the economic system of the society and guarantee the safe developing to the market economies.
