Yemen arrests 35 Ethiopians on Taiz coasts

TAIZ, Sep. 05 (Saba)- Yemeni authorities held in the province of Taiz 35 Ethiopian refugees, including 11 women, arrived secretly at the coasts of Taiz coming from the Horn of Africa.

The media center of Interior Ministry quoted security sources as saying that the Ethiopian refugees were extradited to the Immigration and Passport Service in the province which will return them to their country.

Meanwhile, security forces have arrested in Hadramout province a Somali fisherman while he was carrying Somalis refugees on his boat. The Somali fisherman is being investigated.

Yemen received in the past two days more than 500 African refugees, most of them were Somalis.
