New flow of Somali refugees arrives in Yemen
[03/September/2008]

HADRAMOUT, Sep. 03 (Saba)- Security sources said on Wednesday that 116 Somali refugees had arrived at Broum shores in Hadramout province.

The sources pointed out the number of refugees came from Somalia and the Horn of Africa to Yemen reached more than 750000 refugees.
"The security services in the province took them to the main camp of refugees at Kharaz district in Lahj province", added the sources.

The sources revealed an unidentified ship unloaded Tuesday later 36 Somalis, including four women, on the shores of Shabwa province.

The media center of Interior Ministry said that the Somali refugees have been sent to a comp of Somali refugees in Mayfa'a district, in preparation for transporting them later to the Kharaz camp.
