SANA'A, Aug. 30 (Saba) –The Public Funds Prosecution has started interrogating four people convicted of forging more than €29 thousand, the state-run 26sep.net has said.

The accused were arrested after they had lent the Yemeni commercial bank 2000 fake Euro notes and while trying to put other 20.000 fake notes in the Yemen International Bank.

Informed sources said that the prosecution is preparing to file charges against other convicts in connection with this case living currently in European countries.

The prosecution ,however, urged the Interior Ministry to re-jail a professor who was convicted of taking part in the forging case.
