AMRAN, Aug. 28 (Saba)-Minister of Local Administration Abdul-Qader Hilal, along with Amran deputy governor Saleh abu Awja'a inaugurated on Thursday the second phase of reconstruction in Harf
Sufian district here.

This phase included counting technical and financial damages while the previous one included the complete count of different damages resulted in Sa'ada rebellion.

Hilal affirmed the team would conduct technical and financial estimates on Saturday for reconstructing all public and private institutions, houses and amending damages.

Then Hilal held meeting with abu Awja'a, Secretary General of Amran Local Council Saleh al-Makhlous and dignitaries in the governorate and informed them on president's directions on reconstructing the district and giving them just amendments.
