Social dimension in institutions reinforces employment loyalty
[28/August/2008]

SANA'A, Aug. 28 (Saba)- Deputy Premier for Defence and Security Affairs Rashad al-Alimi has affirmed that social dimension in activities of service and production institutions contributes to reinforcing employment loyalty, bettering performance and increasing production.

In his speech in a ceremony on Thursday for distinguished students of the cabinet employees' sons, he said that "before building capacities, we today embody the social connection and familiarity between this institution and its employees," expressing pleasure to take part in this honoring and encouragement ceremony.

"Human development and building capacities are a basic component in the process of reform," he added, expecting that this ceremony for the distinguished students will bolster their scientific knowledge and improve performance and skills of their parents at the cabinet.
