SANA'A, Aug. 20 (Saba)- A security source said on Wednesday that 23 kg of hashish and 360000 tablets of drugs were seized in Hodeidah province during the past two days.

The source pointed out the prosecution is currently investigated with a number of persons involved the drugs contraband, noting that the seized quantity of drugs were prepared to be transferred to the neighboring countries.

"During the first half of August, security forces seized about 94,174,000 tablets of drugs in Rada city of Baidha'a province as well as two million tablets of drugs in Hodeidah last week", added the source.
