3 companies win fisheries projects

SANA'A, Aug. 08 (Saba)- Ministry of Fisheries Wealth has announced winning of 3 companies to start works on a number of fisheries projects which are as follows: the Netherlands company Simed, the Turkish company Zentis and the Yemeni United Company.

Director general of the 5th Fisheries Project Omar Subh has told Saba that contracts with the winner companies will be signed on Saturday.

He noted that those fisheries projects are included within the European component of the 5th Fisheries Project which is estimated at €5.5 million that the European Commission granted Yemen for the fisheries sector.
