Three republican decrees issued

SANA'A, July 23 (Saba) - Three republican decrees issued on Wednesday as follows:

Decree No. 138 for 2008 ratifying cooperation protocol between
government of the Republic of Yemen and government of the Republic
of Tunisia in field of general management and administrative
development the two governments signed in Tunisia on April 2 2008.


Decree No. 139 for 2008 ratifying treaty signed between Yemen
Republic and Republic of Zech in Sana'a on April 20 2008 for
encouraging investment and providing exchanged protection for this
regard in the two countries.

Decree No. 140 for 2008 appointing Jamal al-Aqel as deputy governor
for Hajjah provision.
