Director of Infosamak center arrives in Sana'a

SANA'A, July 19 (Saba)- Director of Infosamak center Abdul-Latif al-Baqosh arrived in Yemen on Saturday.

Upon his arrival, al-Baqosh said that he would discuss with the officials of ministry of fisheries wealth over a project of fishing cooperation between Yemen, Morocco and Djibouti.

He will take part in the 2nd conference of the Fisheries Cooperative Union that will be started on Sunday in Sana'a.

Al-Baqosh said that three countries voiced its agreement on the project which will cost around $1.5 million.

The main task of INFOSAMAK is to provide companies, sectorial organizations and governments with information and advice in the fields of production, processing, quality control and marketing of fishery products.

It also focuses on meeting the requirements of the decision makers in the fishery and aquaculture sector by providing an effective information system and relevant market analysis.
