DHAMAR, July 15 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh paid on Tuesday a visit to Dhamar governorate where he was welcomed by officials of the local council and executives offices in the governorate.

During his visit, president Saleh listened to issues of the citizens and work process in several development projects in the governorate.

He also visited the training police center where he listened from officials on program of training offered to the center's students

Addressing soldiers, officers and students, president Saleh said that the security and defense corporation is national and symbol of the national unity, pointing out to the importance of modern
training programs to qualify individuals of this corporation.

He said that the leadership has offered all capacities to allow police doing their tasks in well manner and professionally, highlighting achievements resulted from security deployment and
combating terror and crime.

The president said that military and security forces would stand against elements who try to mess stability and security of the nation and enemies of revolution and unification.

People who call for imamate and regionalism are two faces for one coin and mercenaries working to damage stability and security of the nation, president said.

He added that security and stability are basic elements of the development, wishing good luck for all in the center.Then, president Saleh paid visit to the camp of 30th brigade of republican guards
where he highlighted victories of military and security forces against rebels in some regions of Saada.
