South Korea provides technical supports to Yemen

SANA'A, July 08 (Saba)- Minister of Technical Education and Vocational Training Ibrahim Hajri discussed on Tuesday with a South Korean delegation, chaired by deputy director of Education Office in South Korea, aspects of the bilateral cooperation between both countries in the area of technical and vocational training and ways of developing them.

During the meeting, they reviewed systems of technical education and vocational training in the country and requirements of technical institutes during the coming period.

The minister praised support provided by South Korea for technical institutes represented by 300 computers distributed to different governorates, affirming his ministry's keenness on expanding areas of cooperation with Korean counterpart.

For his part, the Korean official expressed his countries readiness to continue technical support for various technical institutes in Yemen and training Yemeni teachers to develop relations and exchange experiences between the two countries.
