SANA'A, May 17 (Saba) - Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation Mansur al-Hawshabi held talks here on Saturday with the Charge D'affaires of the Word Bank (WB) in Sana'a Naji Abu Hatem on possibilities to support agricultural activities in Yemen.

The two officials discussed implementation progress of the agricultural development project in Dalei governorate amounting to US $ 14 million financed by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD).

The talks also dealt with the requisite mechanisms to adopt and implement agricultural projects aiming to support the agricultural development process in the country in addition to discussing the means of carrying out the WB-funded agricultural project in Yemen successfully.
