Arab National Conference ends its 19th session
[13 May 2008]

SANA'A, May 13 (Saba)- The Arab National Conference ended its 19th session on Tuesday which was hosted by Sana'a from 10-13 May, titled "Arab Joint Work, Challenges and Horizons", and was participated by more than 300 intellectuals and politicians from Arab regions and countries of immigration.

The participants discussed in Tuesday's meeting a report of the political
committee of the conference on the current Arab political situation, major challenges and means of confronting them.

The report reviewed Arab world situation and the political, economic and security challenges, confirming that those challenges can not be confronted without rising all sources of forces.

The report pointed out other sources of threat at the regional level because of contradicting interests among national strategic projects due to the absence of Arab national projects able to react positively with different projects.
