President Saleh congratulates Norwegian King

SANA'A, May 13 (Saba) - President Ali Abdullah Saleh sent on Tuesday a consultation cable to Norwegian King Harald on the celebrations of Norway's Constitution Day.

President Saleh wished king Harald the best health and happiness and the Norwegian people further progress and prosperity.

Norway celebrates annually the Constitution Day on May 17.
