SANA'A, May 12 (Saba) - Sana'a Appeal Court reduced on Monday the jail sentence against a man condemned of shooting at the US embassy in Sana'a in 2006 from five to three years.
Saleh al-Ammari, has confessed to the attack that took place late on December 5, 2006, prosecutors told the court during trial.
The court also ordered the confiscation of an AK-47 semi-automatic rifle that al-Ammari used in the attack which resulted in no casualties.
