AL secretary general, Syrian foreign minister support Sana'a Declaration

SANA'A, March 27 (Saba)- Secretary General of Arab League Amr Musa and Syrian Minister of Foreign Affairs Walid al-Moualem announced on Thursday their support for the Yemeni initiative presented by President Ali Abdullah Saleh to overcome disputes between Fatah and Hamas movements.

In the meeting of the Arab foreign ministries to prepare for the Arab summit in Damascus, Musa highlighted efforts of president Saleh which resulted in signing of the two factions on Sana'a Declaration.

For his part, al-Moualem praised the Yemeni efforts to realize national Palestinian reconciliation, voicing support of Syria for the Sana'a Declaration between the two movements to resume dialogue.

He called on the coming summit to adopt outcomes of these efforts.
