YWU launches course over animal's care

ABYUN, March 24 (Saba)-Yemeni Women Union (YWU) of Abyun branch in collaboration with Agriculture Ministry and United States Agency for International Development (USAID ) organized on Monday a course on the area of livestock care within the framework of rural development strategies , fighting against poverty and improving living standard of rural families.

During the course, more then 20 women would participate in the training to have a number of lectures on the theory and practice of health skills of livestock care.

In the opening session, deputy assistance of Lahj governor Abdullah Loqman affirmed the importance of raising abilities of rural women for improving their living standard and enable them to get various opportunities to work and generate income.
