Yemen, Cuba higher education cooperation reviewed

HAVANA, Feb. 15 (Saba) - Cuba has confirmed his country's interest to improve cooperation relations with Arab states, particularly Yemen.

During a meeting on Thursday gathered Vice President of the Council of Ministers Otto Rivero Torres with Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Saleh Ali Ba Surrah and his accompanying delegation, the two sides considered academic and scientific relations are the basic means to develop cooperation relations in various fields between the two countries.

The two sides reviewed mutual cooperation ties between the two countries, especially in higher education and scientific research fields.

Ba Surrah briefed the Cuban official on positive results of the delegation's talks with a number of concerned officials of Cuba in the purpose of extending cooperation between higher education institutions of the two countries.
