Yemen calls on Eritrea, Ethiopia to adopt dialogue to handle border issues

SANA'A, Feb. 04 (Saba) - Yemen called on Eritrea and Ethiopia to adopt the principle of dialogue and the diplomatic solution to tackle all their borders disagreements.

During his meeting here on Monday with the Eritrean ambassador to Sana'a Mosa Yassin Sheikh, Minister of Foreign Affairs Abu Bakr al-Qirbi asked the two sides for observing the decisions of
arbitration board to guarantee the security and stability in the region.

During the meeting, the Eritrean diplomat handed over a letter to al-Qirbi from Eritrean Foreign Minister Othman Saleh concerning the latest developments in the border disagreement between Eritrea and Ethiopia.
