Yemen seeks more support from East Asian Countries
[16/September/2007]

SANA'A, (Saba)- Well-informed sources said that Planning and International Cooperation Minister Abdul-Karim al-Arhabi would pay visits to three east Asian countries by the end of 2007 for talks on more aids to Yemen, an official source said Sunday.

Director general of Cooperation with the East Asian Countries Department in the Ministry Omar Abdul-Aziz said that al-Arhabi would visit Japan, Malaysia and South Korea for talks on increasing aids of those countries to reforms and developmental process in Yemen.

Abdul-Aziz pointed that the Yemeni relations with the three countries have grown significantly, noting that those countries have intention to increase their support to Yemen, particularly after the latest visits paid by President Ali Abdullah Saleh to those countries.
