President announces establishing institution for promoting talented youths
[11/July/2007] SANA'A, July 11 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh, along with Vice President Abdu-Rabu Mansour Hadi, attended on Wednesday the inauguration ceremony of Youth Summer Camps of all the country's governorates under the motto "Together for Enhancing National Identity, Building Capabilities and Developing Youth Skills."

In the ceremony, President Saleh delivered a speech in which he expressed his happiness for inaugurating the activities of youth centers "The Youths are the builders of the future of this homeland, future of development, freedom and democracy."

He confirmed the importance of summer centers for their important role in polishing youth skills.

President directed ministries of education, youth and sports,religious endowment and Islamic affairs, culture and technical education and vocational training to do their duties towards youth during summer vacation and organize enlightenment programs to protect them from deviated views.

He announced establishing a national institution to support talented
youths, saying that the institution would get his
and all concerned authorities support.

Saleh urged the government to gear up creating mechanisms for implementing his electoral program concerning youth and distributing agricultural lands for them.

He concluded his speech by hoping success to the summer centers and camps, calling concerned authorities to do their duties for taking care of the youths across the country.

Minister of Youth and Sports, head of the Supreme Committee of Summer Centers clarified that nearly 700 centers would be held in all country's governorates and will include for the first time 250 thousand youths.
