[10/July/2007] KHARTOUM, July 10 (Saba)- Yemen and Sudan signed on Tuesday an agreement to enhance cooperation in field of higher education.
Under the agreement, Sudan would offer sixty scholarships to Yemeni students and other ten for the Yemeni community in Sudan, in addition to ten master and PhD scholarships.
Meanwhile, Yemen will offer sixty scholarships to Sudanese students, according to the agreement.
The agreement contains a program of exchanging visits between teaching
staff of the Yemeni and Sudanese universities.
It was signed by Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Saleh Ba-Surrah and his Sudanese counterpart Peter KoK.
