Shoura says preventing weapons holding in cities is priority
[10/July/2007] SANA'A, July 10(Saba)- Shoura concluded on Monday the discussions on weapons carrying headed by the chairman Abdul-Aziz Abdul-Ghani .

The members discussed in the meeting the report of weapons holding insisting on the importance of weapon's control and disarming
officials' bodyguards.

The members asked for decisive measures to stop carrying weapons in the cities and public markets. They confirmed the priority of
preventing weapons inside the main cities.

The members expressed also their appreciation for steps the government has adopted to rebuild the security and armed forces to be bale to tackle weapons holding phenomenon and to enact relative laws to make Yemeni society more secured and safe.
